Our scope of services to our clients is quite broad and it depends on their needs and requirements. This includes ascertaining potentials and strengths of sites for possible future developments. We have built strong relationships based on trust with a number of experienced professionals and consultants as well as a dedicated and proficient team of trades and suppliers.

During the early stages of the project, we engage with the client in construction and design consultation, making sure the design reflects the client’s needs and ideas. We then ensure the design ideas are practical, aligning with Australian standards and regulations. Being able to balance creativity and practicality is what we do best. The next step is providing budgets and schedules for our client to make an informed decision. We work hard to minimise potential design inefficiencies and introduce strong quality and cost efficiency methods at the initial stages of the project delivery process.

On your behalf we liaise with relevant statutory bodies, councils and town planners to establish a clear pathway for a planning or development permit. This allows us to determine legislative requirements of the building, site and overall area against urban planning zones and planning schemes. We engage with electrical, civil, hydraulic, mechanical and fire engineers as well as other required professionals in each phase of the process. We utilise available resources, extensive knowledge and experience in order to bring the application to the stage of council approval or development approval.

Once the permits are received and notices are sent out to neighbouring properties, the build begins. In a nutshell, our client gives us the keys to the premises and we look after the entire project from inception to completion. Once the project is completed, we facilitate the client to settle into their new building and make sure we are available for ongoing support, advice and maintenance.
